Exchange account is not syncing - Android
If you have successfully connected your Exchange account to Boxer for Android but it is not syncing, it's possible that the security settings you have with your device are causing this. If you have any other passcode type other than a numeric PIN, please take these steps:
Install Boxer
Add your exchange account credentials
Choose account type: Exchange (See Image Below)
You will get a Remote Security Administration prompt (See Image Below)
Select OK
Next, you will be returned to the confirmation adding the exchange account
Select FINISH
You will be prompted with the, "Activate device administration?"
Select Activate
Next, you will be asked to enter your current lock-screen security credentials, confirm your current security, and move to the next step.
(ex. If you currently use a lock-screen pattern for security, it will ask you to confirm your current method of security.)
Now, you will be sent to the,"Screen unlock settings"
Select PIN
Set a new, numerical pin for exchange.
Security will close the setup, and you are ready to run Boxer for Android
Launch Boxer!
