Option to exclude folders (view)
I'd like to have the option to exclude some folders in the tree (like the spamfolder). They would still sync and be available when needed, but it would shorten the folder tree.

Boxer crashed when archiving an email
I tried to archive an item in my Hotmail inbox using the toolbar on the top of the screen (having the message open) when Boxer crashed. Despite the crash, the item did go to the archive folder.
I am using the new 0.52 version, and sent a report through Android when it happened.2 votesFixed in next version

Pebble app
this would obviously be a long term goal, the Android app should obviously be finished first, but it would be good to see an app for the Pebble smartwatch at some point.

Move the quick buttons (delete, reply, move, etc.) from the top of the screen to the bottom of the screen so they can be reached on larger screen phones with one hand.

[Exchange] Inbox unread email count includes count of unread items in Delete Items folder.
My corporate inbox shows item count for items that are not in the inbox. Inbox items are all read and an unread count number remains listed for the zero Inbox, the count number is that of unread emails that are in Deleted Items folder, sent there by a Rule to move there based on sender.

The Reply all Icon is Shown over the Name & Date of the Email
When I set the default to reply all, the reply all icon is shown over the name & date of the email. When the option is unchecked, it works fine.
Using Galaxy s4 on 4.4.2.

Missing Emails from Hotmail Account
I was comparing my emails in Boxer against what is listed in the browser. I found two emails that were missing in Boxer. Both were from the same recipient with the same subject line, but one was on the 7/2 and the other on 7/3. I also have other emails with the same recipient and subject lines, and they are shown in Boxer.
The only difference I can see at the moment is the one's that show up are in the same day as opposed to the ones missing are on difference days.
Let me know what additional information you…

Message content preview in message list is old / confusing
Not sure if this qualifies as a bug, but the message list shows a one-line preview of the content. For a threaded message, this preview is from the first/oldest message in the thread. This leads to confusion when glancing at the list, because it appears that no new messages exist for a given subject.
Shouldn't the preview always show the latest content?

Two Boxer Exchange Accounts Adds Excessive Lag When Opening Boxer
I have two Office 365 exchange email accounts, setup on my Nexus 7 2013 and my Samsung Galaxy S3. Both devices are rooted and the Nexus 7 is running stock 4.4.4 and the S3 is running Alliance 4.3 ROM. When I setup both exchange accounts on either device it takes approximately 30 seconds for the Nexus 7 and 35 seconds for the S3 to populate the emails to the screen. I have tested with displaying emails for 1 week, 3 days, and 1 day with the same results. Removing either of the exchange accounts allows Boxer to populate the emails…

Date separators in mail list
Display date separators in message lists. This would make it far easier to scroll to a period of time in the message list.
Each block of messages within a time window would have an easily seen/read header bar above it. The bars might say Sunday through Saturday for the past week (i.e. “Monday June 30“), then larger blocks of time lower in the list (divided by week or month).
Also, as you scroll, a pop-up indicator would display the current time window you are scrolling through (same text aa the last past divider). This allows fast scrolling to get into…

Improve the Add Account experience
I'm not sure if this would be considered a "bug" but the new Add Account screen has some design flaws.
In previous versions, simply putting in my username and password was enough to add a Gmail account to the app. It would automatically determine my outgoing name, and the account name was just the email address by default. Having auto-discovered values for this made the initial setup much quicker, and I could still easily change the values if I needed to.
Also, the purpose of those fields was much more clear in the previous version. "Name" is ambiguous - there's…
