Error: Device doesn't Support - Only allow manual sync while roaming
Getting the above error recently. Dosnt fully make sense - as isn't syncing frequency controlled within app, not by device.
Checking with Exchange Server administrator - a policy requesting this exists on the server - however has been there along while - which boxer app has worked durring.
Okay, will investigate further.
Most probably cause is that we do not support this policy (yet).
Any update to this ? Unfortunately I've had to switched to using another app - whilst waiting for this to resolved but have been checking every so often on the off chance this has been resolved in an update.

Just tried this unfortunately it didn't work. Account removed from device fine. On trying to add account back I get the exact same error as before - with out it succeeding in adding the account.
No prompt to accept exchange policy again however - just the same error as before straight away.
Is there any update with this ?
I've been avoiding the hassle of installing another mail client and getting it granted permissions by my exchange admin - in the hope that this might be able to be sorted out relatively soon. I really like boxer its one of the better mail clients I've found. Using web-mail though whilst waiting for this issue to be sorted - is beginning to be a bit of a drag.

Thanks for getting back to me on this problem. I have had my exchange account added to boxer all of the time it was working and haven't tried removing and adding it again to fix the problem. Would this be worth trying ?
I can't be certain exactly when the problem first started so am unsure if its due to it but have had an upgrade of Cyanogen OS on my device recently (Upgrading to Andriod 5.1.1). Not sure about any boxer updates (Boxer was provided previously bundled in the Android 5.0 Upgrade of my OnePlus One).
