Emails not Displaying from my Exchange Account
Very strange. This morning I saw all my emails from my Exchange account. About 30 minutes ago, I'm only seeing one email from July 8. For July 9, I current have 9 emails. For July 8, 51 emails.
As I was writing this, I received a new email. It showed up in the list, but when I clicked on it, Boxer crashed.
And I was writing the line above, I received another new email. It also showed up in the list and the same thing happened where it crashed Boxer. The messages says, "Unfortunately, Boxer has stopped". It has two options, Report or OK.
What more information do need from me to troubleshoot?
Try the newest version of Boxer (0.4.6) that was just released today. Make sure you uninstall your existing copy before installing it (required). We have enabled the Support button in AccountSettings so if you go in there and tap on Support you should see the option "Send Logs". Don't press that button until you've reproduced a crash. Soon as the app crashes go in there quickly and press that button so we can get the logs.
The crash is only happening when I open a conversation. Opening a non-conversation email does not crash Boxer. Up until this morning (been using Boxer for a few days now) I was able to open emails that had conversations without a problem.
I just rebooted my phone and I'm getting the same results. Something to note, I'm seeing the new emails received after 11 AM, plus the one email from yesterday.
