How can we improve Boxer for Android?

Show different calendars in Boxer than Android Calendar

I am moving over from Touchdown. Touchdown would show only my Exchange calendar. Boxer shows all my calendars. If I hide my personal calendars in Boxer they also become hidden in Android Calendar. This is not what I want. I want to show my Exchange calendar in Boxer and all my personal calendars in Android Calendar. Thank you.
