Set boxer as default mail app on iOS
It would be helpful to allow user to set boxer as default mail app? It's a little frustrating when Safari opens Mail (rather than boxer) when an email link is clicked.
Can this be done?
I wish we could, it would certainly help with our user base! That’s a feature that Apple will have to provide, it is not something that we can do. :(
HOWEVER, we would like to continue to gather feedback. We may be able to make a case to Apple to make this happen. :) Keep the comments coming!

Shouldn't the Boxer users bug Apple about this issue to get what we need!

Wouldn't it be easier to work with an existing 3rd party browser to add Boxer as an option for emails?

It's insane that you can't do this
Hopefully in iOS9 to have this feature...
I think everyone will win from it.

Even it has only 6 likes, I would say that is one of the most important features

I couldn't believe Boxer is the only major email app in the market that couldn't share content from another ios app to start a new email. Is Boxer an abandoned ware after I paid for it?

That is a problem for me too!
This is a feature Apple provides now. Can you please give us an update on when you plan on looking into this? This is a major feature that will have a huge impact.

I was looking for a safari extension for boxer and didn't see one. Could we see one in the future? It will be helpful in choosing boxer instead of apple mail when it comes to sharing items.

Given that you can replace the default browser and the default mail app, I wouldn't be at all surprised if you can do this by jailbreaking.
Pray that ios 8 fixes this. Steve was DEAD set against replacing any built-in apps. Extensions and widgets may fix this for some developers. Tim is more open, pray and write that he will allow replacement email clients so that Boxer can be FULLY integrated into Notification center and push system.
It's a great proposition that would significantly improve Boxer's integration into iOS.
