Indeed, a very promising feature. Cloudmagic have integrated this nicely where you click the card button, choose pocket and it gives you a (subset) of links from the email to add to Pocket automatically. Very handy, very helpful in cleaning mail quickly.

One possible way to accomplish this feature would be to have a normal tap on a link bring up a menu of possible apps to open the website in.
The current settings option for links (default browser), could be changed so that you pick which options you want to appear. For example, the possible options could be Safari, Chrome, Pocket, Instapaper, etc. When you tap a link in an email, it asks which app you want to use. If you pick Pocket, it send the link to your Pocket read later list. If you pick a browser, it opens the link.

Please do this. PI is my goto planner and Boxer is my email app. Perfect marriage.

I agree with Ian. The ability to send mails to PI as tasks or events would be perfect. (I know I can kind of do this by forwarding a task to PI but that does not always work as planned, and isn't very intuitive.)
