    At the very least you need to add to reminders but I would say you set it based on the email system being used. If using Exchange then it goes to the Exchange task list, or if using Google then the Google task list, otherwise reminders. If you want to make this a VERY good feature then allow it to simply add to your calendar as well (which is what I do now, I wrote an applescript to read the To-do folder that boxer creates and then auto create appointments from it because I rarely use to-do lists but constantly "schedule" email responses).

    I'm adding my voice to this as well, I just paid for Boxer and find the mail refresh and the lack of manual refresh to be the single reason to not A) use this app any longer and B) ever recommend this product to someone else
