Boxer needs to own the mail server for this to happen. When I have worked at companies that had proper exchange installations, like Microsoft, I could "unsend" because Microsoft owned Outlook and exchange and the operating systems in the building. Boxer is just a client. They don'w own anything in the pipe.

Appigo, Todoist and many others give you an email address you can forward tasks emails into. 2Do uses Toodledo or Reminders. Toodledo will give you an email address to send task emails into. Reminders does not work that way. So, I don't think this is something that Boxer can do...I would focus on the todo app you are using to find one that allows emailing tasks into it.
"released" is a misrepresentation. IOS 8 is very, very broken right now. Wait until september then go, go, go.
I wish we could, it would certainly help with our user base! That’s a feature that Apple will have to provide, it is not something that we can do. :(
HOWEVER, we would like to continue to gather feedback. We may be able to make a case to Apple to make this happen. :) Keep the comments coming!
Pray that ios 8 fixes this. Steve was DEAD set against replacing any built-in apps. Extensions and widgets may fix this for some developers. Tim is more open, pray and write that he will allow replacement email clients so that Boxer can be FULLY integrated into Notification center and push system.
